The People Behind FutbolPlus
Co-Founder
Lucia has over 15 years of experience in professional football operations, having worked with clubs across La Liga, Serie A and the Premier League. She has led pre-season logistics for six consecutive summer windows at top-flight level, and brings a unique understanding of both the sporting and commercial demands of modern football. Lucia oversees all club relationships, contract negotiations, and inspection visit programmes at FutbolPlus.
Co-Founder
Patrick Vieira is a French professional football manager and former defensive midfielder. Widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of his generation, he is most famous for his highly successful, physical, and commanding 9-year playing career at Arsenal, where he captained the iconic "Invincibles" team.
